1. Licensing
This product is licensed under the GNU General public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
2. Updates
Custom Permalinks will from time to time release updates to the software that improve functionality or address bugs or limitations. Further, at your request Custom Permalinks will strive to create updates that address issues identified by you, if reasonable and within the scope of the software. Such updates will be owned by Custom Permalinks and made available under the GPL license as with all Custom Permalinks software and updates thereto.
These updates are available to the customers who have purchased a license.
3. Warranty
Custom Permalinks is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee Custom Permalinks will function with all 3rd party products. We are not responsible for any compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing a product.
4. Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with a confirmation of order, link to your invoice and a link to download your items & licenses. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us.
5. Copyright
The course content is copyrighted by Custom Permalinks and may only be used by one person within your organization. Further use, copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Consideration
Support and updates are only available for any software for which you have paid the applicable fees. For the first twelve months of this agreement, an initial fee is due. For subsequent months further fees are due as announced by Custom Permalinks. Fees are due in advance and must be paid in the manner(s) as indicated by Custom Permalinks. Custom Permalinks may once every payment period adjust the fees for the next payment period.
7. Support
Custom Permalinks will provide a reasonable level of technical and end-user support regarding the software via e-mail and other channels as announced from time to time. Availability and manner of contacting will be published on the Custom Permalinks website and other channels.
8. Term
The agreement is entered into, on the day your initial fee payment is received by Custom Permalinks and remains in force for an initial twelve-month period. Upon receipt of further payments, the agreement is renewed for successive monthly periods. Both you and Custom Permalinks can cancel anytime with effect at the end of the then-current term.

By purchasing a product you indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page.
